DataTech S.D.A. is a provider of highly integrated semiconductor products that enable vertical applications driven by secure (authentication, encryption, robust and redundant) communications for the embedded market. DataTech S.D.A. offers a broad portfolio of SoClutions, solutions on a chip, categorized in 14+ different families.

Since 2008, DataTech S.D.A. has been growing consistently a 25% per year, but real growth is still to come in 2012. Since 2010 we have been working hard on preparing a new business unit, SoClutions and international brand, SoClutionstm, solutions on a chip, to promote our own line of SoCs, driven by our own IP cores.
We have challenged ourselves to consistently acquire a bigger bite of our target market, a subset from embedded market which moves up to $ 3 bn/ year and hopefully we should have gained a 1%+ share by 2014, a 10%+ share by 2016 under current plan.
We have currently covered most of the synergies and investments to accomplish an expansion all over Europe, but have just started movements to enter US and LatAm market.
Both investors and partnerships to further accelerate globalization (in particular US market) and portfolio explosion are very much welcome.
